About The Workshop
The clean environment is the necessity for the survival of human beings. Environment’s first role is as a supplier of resources. Secondly it acts as a sink or a receptor for waste products. These wastes may result directly from production, or from consumption. Environment and sustainable development are the two sides of long run growth and human progress. In this context, Department of Economics, Jamia Millia Islamia proposes to organize two weeks National Workshop on ” Environmental Economics and Research Methods” from 5th March to 16th March, 2018. The purpose of the workshop is to aware the participants about the various dimensions of Environmental Economics and Research Methods. The workshop is open to all Scholars of Social Sciences/Natural Sciences/ Commerce/Management from India and abroad. The registered participant will be participating in the National Seminars to be organized by the Department during 13th to 15th March, 2018. The course is based on theoretical lectures and practical exercises on SPSS software.
The maximum number of seats is 30.
