ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements to support both our B2B and B2C vertical.
·Focus on service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, advertising, endorsement, marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, meta partner agreements, loyalty points agreements, payment gateway/ wallet agreements, NDAs etc.
·Advise business on applicable regulatory laws and help build templates for new business offerings.
·Assist in reviewing print, social media and other media advertisements and marketing communications to ensure legal compliance.
·Provide guidance and assistance on drafting and reviewing different policies and terms and conditions relating to offers, business and our services.
DEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS:
·5-6 years of experience working on different kinds of commercial transactions
·The role requires the individual to be well skilled in contract analysis and working knowledge of the fundamental legal provisions of commercial contracts.
·A confident, effective and positive negotiator who can lead the process, focus on important issues, and efficiently bring contracts to a favorable close.
·Ability to provide guidance/interpretation on existing contract provisions.
·High integrity and excellent judgment, supported by a point of view that is thought out and communicated well.
·Demonstrate ability to think outside the box.
·Should have particular strengths in teamwork (internal & external customers), contract risk/liability assessment and problem-solving.
·Must also have the interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal clients.
