About the college

Siddhartha Educational Society was established in the year 2002, under the Society Registration Act of 1860 (Regd. No. 1363/2002-2003), with the dynamic leadership of renowned social worker Mr. Durga Prasad Verma, Chairman Siddhartha Educational Society and under the guidance of Justice (Retd.) K. D. Shahi Honorary Dean, Legal Education, Uttarakhand Technical University, and Director Siddhartha Law College, with the vision and mission of promoting quality education in the State of Uttarakhand, by providing technical and professional education. The Society has opened various higher educational institutes granting education in the field of Law, Pharmacy, Management, Sciences and Research, by the names of Siddhartha Law College (est. 2009), Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy (est. 2006), Siddhartha Institute of Science and Management (est. 2006) and Institute of Paramedical Sciences (est. 2003-04)* now together now as Siddhartha Group of Institutions Dehradun.

LL.M (1 Year)

Specialization: Criminal Law| Corporate Law| Consitutional Law Course Duration: 1 Year Program Affiliation: Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (State Govt. University) Eligibility: Law Graduate (BA.LLB., BBA.LLB., LL.B.) with minimum 50% marks for all candidates, and a valid CLAT & LSAT-India aspirant will be provided scholarship.

LL.B (3 Years)

This Program Affiliation and Approval: Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (State Govt. University) and Bar Council of India(BCI), New Delhi Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with Minimum 45% marks for General / OBC Candidate, and 40% marks for SC/ST candidate and a valid LSAT-India aspirant will be provided scholarship.

BA.LL.B (5 Years)/ BBA.LL.B (5 Years)

 Integrated Program Affiliation and Approval: Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (State Govt. University) and Bar Council of India(BCI), New Delhi Eligibility: Pass with Minimum 45% of marks in 10+2 (in any discipline) for General/OBC candidate, and 40% marks for SC/ST Candidate and a vaild CLAT & LSAT India aspirant will be provided scholarship.
