My female friend 18 running is in relationship. Some guy is blackmailing her by telling I will send Ur pic with Ur bf to ur parents or else come n meet me . He had called her dad too .. can we file a complain again him . what will be the circumstances?

In this circumstances u can filed the case but as per the circumstance of indian police they firstly call your parents and tell about the thinks happen to you because you not born individual . Under section 503 we will filled the if you want to filled the case
She can definitely file a case against the blackmailer for outraging the modesty of a women under section 509 of the IPC

Being 18 year old she is an adult. She can go to the police and file a case by depicting the circumstances. There are a lot many provisions on your side and the person doing this shall be booked and you will have no issues at all. If the police is not willing to do anything, directly call the SP of your area.
Ask her to just call on 1090 simply.
