Dr. Yogesh Singh
Was on Deputation as Deputy Registrar, Supreme Court of India.
Yogesh Pratap Singh received his LL.M. (with specialization in Human Rights Laws) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore and LL.B. from the University of Allahabad. His doctoral thesis titled “Contribution of Dissenting Opinions of Indian Supreme Court Judges to the Indian Legal System: A Critical Evaluation” is recognized as a significant contribution to the understanding of voting patterns of judges in the Supreme Court of India. His book titled “On Judicial Dissent” is accepted for publication by Thomson Reuters. He participated in the 39th Annual Session on International Human Rights Law organized by International Institute of Human Rights (IIHR) Strasbourg, France. Dr. Yogesh has also been part of Ciedhu programme in France conducted for University Teachers.
Prior to joining National Law University Odisha in 2009, when it was established, he was part of the founding team of KIIT Law School, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Singh has also worked as a Legal Researcher in the Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK), Dehradun. He has presented numerous papers on constitutional, social and legal issues at various national and international seminars. He constantly writes in the field of law in reputed law chronicles, national and international law journals. Yogesh also writes for the general public, contributing recurrently to The New Indian Express, The Statesman, The Tribune, Deccan Herald, The Wire etc. He is currently on deputation to serve as Deputy Registrar in the Supreme Court of India.
Dr. Alok Misra
Dr. Alok Misra, M.Sc., LL.M., Ph.D. (Law) is Professor of Constitutional Law from India. He has Teaching, Research, Administrative and Practicing Experience at Bar of more than two decades. He was the Founder and Chairman of Human Rights Organization and an Associate Member (Indian Section) of Amnesty International (London). He is a Life Member (Non Practicing) of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Indian Society of International Law and the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He has been a Member of International Council of Jurists, London. His area of interest is Constitutional Law. He is a Consultant in the field of Constitutional Law. Dr. Misra is adaptable, honest & soft spoken person. He is appreciated as a problem solver and a powerful motivator. He has held responsible academic and administrative assignments in Institutes of higher education. He has guided doctoral research works in Law. He has written several research articles, presented papers, attended and organized many national and international seminars. His Auto-Biography in a biographical novel form (both in English & Hindi version) titled “Anand” is a lucid reading depicting the resurgent India from 1967 onward.He has been awarded the Enviro-Care International Award – 2016 for his efforts and dedication to the cause of environment.He is also the recipient of Academic Excellence Award-2018(For Contribution to Legal Fraternity).

Dr. Shailesh Hadli

He pursued LLM and Phd degree from Pondicherry University and possess 8 years’ experience in practice in different courts of Bangalore as well as teaching. Apart from this, he was appointed as an arbitrator and had dealt with approx 800 cases. He has also delivered lecture as Professor in R N PatelIpcowala School of Law and Justice, Patel Sardar Patel University , Anand , Gujarat. Before joining LPU, Mr. Hadli served as Principal , RNPI School of Law & Justice .
Now he is currently associated with Lovely Professional University as Dean, being the Dean he is also involved in teaching , Labour law and Administrative laws etc.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA) and Research Fellow of African Centre for Cyberlaw and Cybercrime Prevention (ACCP). Subhajit has been a visiting Scholar at the Dickinson School of Law, Penn State University and Honorary visiting Professor of National University of Law (NLU) India. He is Advisor to Centre for Law and Technology (Nepal), Member of Advisory Board Centre for Cyber Victim Counselling, Member of European Association of Tax Law Professors, and Member of the Executive Committee of BILETA.
